The assessment is based on current immigration guidelines and reviewed by a certified MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority) agent. This tool does not submit any visa applications or act as a registered migration agent.

2. Advisory Nature of the Tool
The results generated by VisaEligibilityPro are advisory in nature and should not be considered a final or official decision regarding your visa eligibility. The outcome of any actual visa application depends on numerous factors assessed solely by the Australian Department of Home Affairs or relevant authorities.

3. Data Privacy and Sharing
We collect personal and assessment-related data from users to provide accurate eligibility evaluations. All data is stored securely. We may share your data with a certified MARA agent only with your explicit consent. You will be asked for permission through a prompt such as:
“Do you wish to share your Assessment Report with a MARA agent that contains your personal information?”
We respect your privacy and will not disclose your information without your consent.

4. Payment Terms
Visa Eligibility Pro operates on a one-time payment model.

  • All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • If you are paying from outside Bangladesh, the equivalent amount in your local currency will be charged based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
  • Once the payment is successfully made, users can access the full visa assessment results
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Legal Disclaimer

  • The Australian Department of Home Affairs or relevant State Governments may change or remove occupations from the skilled occupation list or amend eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.
  • Visa Eligibility Pro’s role is limited to conducting the initial eligibility assessment.
  • All visa processing will be handled by a registered MARA agent, in compliance with Australian immigration regulations.
  • The visa assessment has been prepared in accordance with guidance from a certified MARA agent.
  • If you have any doubts or require clarification, we recommend referring to the official IMMI Australia website or contacting a registered MARA agent directly.
  • We do not assume any liability for advice or outcomes related to the visa process.

6. Modifications
Visa Eligibility Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
